The experience page lists both PvP and peaceful mode. Building a weapon into a creation does not make that weapon work everywhere. PvP weapon blocks are exclusive to PvP servers and private servers.
An older game description says a private-server owner chooses whether PvP is on, and that PvP can only be turned off while that owner is in a vehicle. Check the server you joined before you test a detonation. A 60 Robux private-server price appears in that same older writeup and was not rechecked, so it is not treated as the current price.
Weapons worth learning first
| Part | Documented behavior | Safe first test |
|---|---|---|
| Explosive Block | Default explode key F. Default blast pressure 2000, blast radius up to 12, impact speed 75. Limit 200. One detonation, then the build must be respawned. Motor-locking them multiplies damage. Found in the PvP weapons panel. | Bind a key you will not bump, and point them away from your own seat. |
| Explosive Ball | Same detonation idea, but it rolls and has no weld points, so it cannot stick to a build. | Use it as a loose bomb, not as structure. |
| Cutter | Self Protection defaults to on, which stops it cutting your own build. A summary lists a limit of 1200. | Leave self protection on until you understand the blade. |
| Rocket | Fire defaults to F. Close Tracking defaults to on, so it heads toward the nearest part. Legacy defaults to off. Legacy is described as more damage and worse tracking, and that tracking differs among air, land, and water. | Turn close tracking off before a first unguided shot. |
| Gun | The written gun section fires with left click. A summary box nearby lists a limit of 1 and a default key of F. Open the config tool and read the live binding. | Confirm the binding before combat. |
| Lava Spitter | Summer item. Fires lava that damages blocks at short range and gradually turns parts black. Default key F. Toggle defaults off. | Test range on a spare block, not on your wing. |
| Water Jet | Summer item. Pushes and does not deal damage. Same default fire key and toggle. | Use it as a pusher, not as a gun. |
On Impact, for explosive blocks and balls, detonates them when they hit something. Leave it off if the explosive is still attached to the vehicle you are sitting in.
A tank is a weight and torque problem
A February 2025 tank tutorial aimed at this place starts from explosive blocks and motors bound to W and S, with speed at maximum and torque left alone. That creator treats extra motor torque as a fling risk and tells players on weak devices to keep a combat build nearer 500 to 800 blocks. Those numbers are one builder's budget, not a game limit. Standard wheels are a separate, simpler ground option: W and S spin them, A and D steer, speed runs from 1 to 8 with a default of 5, and automatic control setup starts on.
Cutter versus blacklist
Blacklisting a player keeps them off your plot and stops normal collision with your build. In PvP, cutter damage still applies. A compact spinning cutter, sometimes called a shredder, can hurt a build that blacklist would otherwise protect. Distance is the defense, not the blacklist toggle.
Death-cube style builds are a community PvP shape: small, fast, and able to turn hard. They are not a part you unlock. They are an arrangement of ordinary flight and weapon parts, and they are a poor first project.
Practice detonation in a server where you expect to lose the build. One wrong F removes the weapon until you spawn again, and it can remove the plane you are flying.
